In organic agriculture, this wine is a blend of grape varieties and terroirs: Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan are each planted in different and complementary terroirs that bring freshness and a beautiful structure to this wine. It is a compromise between southern generosity and a balance on freshness to be found in our Burgundian roots.
In the vineyard
All the vineyards are harvested by hand, sorting is done in the vineyard. The grapes are destemmed and transported to the vat by conveyor belt.
Winemaking
Simple winemaking without technology, indigenous yeasts to preserve the essence of what we have in the vineyards. Temperature control allowing gentle extractions, especially at the beginning of fermentation.
Ageing
Each plot having been vinified separately, the blend is built gradually during aging in Burgundian barrels of 3 to 6 wines.

Grenache noir : 60%
Syrah : 30%
Carignan : 10%

A deep red dress, a nose with aromas of red fruits and spices, and a rich fruity and balanced mouth: it is a dense and pleasant wine.
